~ A message from our friends Joel and Michelle Levey
We have recently acquired a BEAUTIFUL lot next to our thriving Sanctuary/Learning Center/and organic permaculture farm on the Northern tip of the Big Island of Hawaii and we are in search of the right people to pass this property on to.
The lot is 3.4 acres of grassland with great soil and vast views of the ocean and Maui. Kilung Rinpoche named our center “Dorje Dechen Ling” – “Land of Indestructible Great Blissfulness” – after his visit and retreat there with us. This Dharma name really does describe the profound energy and beauty of this magical realm.
Our vision is to have kindred souls with a contemplative orientation, who are dedicated to sustainable vegan living, synergy and harmony as neighbors, and who will care for the land as our new neighbors. We have a cluster of 4 lots, owned by us and another couple (Madani and Kathy), with a total of 20 pristine acres with vast views of Maui, and rolling green hills down the slope to the ocean. Climate is between 68 and 75 degrees year ‘round, 1400’ elevation.
We’re in Hawi, North Kohala on the northern tip of the Big Island of Hawaii in a region that is rich in cultural heritage and pristine natural beauty. Locals describe North Kohala as having the Aloha Spirit of old Hawaii still alive here. You can catch a glimpse of our property and region at: http://WisdomAtWork.com/Aloha – and – http://KohalaSanctuary.com
The value of the property is in the $350 to $390k range. If you are interested in exploring the possibilities with us, or know of other kindred souls who may be interested, please share this info or contact us and let us know your aspirations and questions and we’ll be happy to explore the possibilities with you.
Malama pono (may you nurture harmony and balance in your life and our world))))
