DIY Delicious Vegan Salad Dressings post image

Tahini Dressing
yields 1 1/2 cups

1 cup water
1/2 cup tahini
3 tsp. tamari or substitute
spices or herbs of choice (optional)
mustard, to taste

In a blender, blend all ingredients. (Use 1/4 cup less water for a thicker dressing to use in bakes and casseroles.) Chill before serving.
Keeps for up to two days in the refrigerator.

Quick Tahini Dressing in a Jar
great for traveling!

1/2 cup tahini
2/3 cup water
2 tsp. tamari or substitute
1 tsp. nutritional yeast
mustard, to taste

Place all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously.
